Well done to all who entered and supported this exhibition and congratulations to the prize and award winners.
It was an exciting exhibition and possibly our best black and white yet. The high standard of the work was evident by the number of contenders for popular choice, Sandy Tilley narrowly winning with a delightful sketch of Venice. Well done Sandy.
Over six hundred dollars of prizes would not have been possible without the sponsorship of ‘The Artshop. Com.’ Thank you Peter and Nick and also thank you once again to the ‘The Paper Place’ in Syndal.
Thank you to everyone who supplied food and helped set up and hang paintings and did all those jobs that needed doing.
The trading table had a selection of books donated by Ann Fiedler, thank you Ann some people got some real bargains.
Thank you to our judge Jenny John who did an excellent job with such a high standard of work.
Well done all - Alan Close, WAA President.
