WAA Landscapes
The landscape has long been a favourite subject for artists, and we provide many options for you to satisfy your creative needs in this field. Our members work outdoors and in the studio making beautiful works of art in all media including oils, acrylics, watercolour pastels, pen and ink, charcoals and graphite etc.
We have classes tutored by leading award winning artists suitable for the beginner right through to the more advanced student. You can follow the Classes and Tutors links at the top of the page to read more about them.
For members, there are studio workshops where our artists can work on pieces started outdoors, or from reference material. And once each month we generally meet at an outdoor location for en plein air painting and drawing, enjoying making art in good company. See our recent events page for reports and photos.
